I started by making my frames on illustrator.
I saved all of the frames on different layers but put them all onto the same art board so when I came to uploading it into After Effects I could edit the layers separately.

I made the middle words move around a shape on 4D design and allowed the words to be seen on 2 sides of the shape, almost like a backwards shadow or a conveyer belt.
I then saved this and imported it into After Effects where I changed the background and added the top banner and music- which I edited and shortened down in GarageBand.










Under the Melt tab to make it melt in a sequence of a video I changed the strength of the effect along the bar. I went to the beginning and put it as 0% and clicked the red button and went all the way to the end and clicked the upwards arrow until it got to 100% and then i clicked the red button again to achieve this result.
